Position Overview

We’re hiring a Warehouse Worker to support our fabrication and installation teams. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll prepare materials, inspect deliveries, and keep operations running smoothly. We’re looking for dependable, self-motivated individuals who like to stay busy and don’t need micromanagement .

Key Responsibilities

  • Prep materials for fabrication and installation jobs
  • Inspect deliveries to ensure accuracy and readiness
  • Safely operate pallet jacks and powered industrial vehicles (forklift training provided if needed)
  • Assist with event setup and takedown for other departments
  • Work at heights using ladders or lifts
  • Perform additional warehouse and support tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • 3+ years warehouse experience preferred (construction background a plus)
  • Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and stand for 8+ hours daily
  • Dependable, team-oriented, and motivated
  • Must be self-motivated, enjoy staying busy, and thrive without micromanagement
  • Strong attendance and work ethic
  • Basic understanding of computers and Excel
  • Must live within a 30-to-40-minute drive to Whitmore Lake, Michigan

    • Schedule & Pay

  • Full-time | Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM
  • Overtime and weekends as needed
  • Starting at $18.00 / hour
