What You'll Own :

  • Team Performance : Lead, coach, and hold team members to daily KPIs that drive growth
  • Sales Execution : Oversee demos, close rates, and membership sales across all studios
  • People Development : Hire, train, and elevate managers, stretch practitioners, and sales talent
  • Operational Systems : Ensure consistent execution of Stretch Zone's systems and the 11-Star Client Experience
  • Regional Accountability : Report weekly to ownership with KPIs, wins, breakdowns, and next steps

What You'll Be Measured On :

  • Membership and revenue growth
  • Studio-level close rates, show rates, and rebooking percentages
  • Call volume and lead follow-up productivity
  • Utilization of staff and room schedules
  • Team energy, professionalism, and accountability

    • We're Looking For Someone Who :

  • Has multi-unit management or strong leadership experience in sales, fitness, wellness, retail, or franchise operations
  • Is obsessed with performance, structure, and execution
  • Has the communication and discipline to lead by example
  • Understands KPIs, reporting, and operational levers
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, no-excuses, high-accountability culture
