A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an IT Support Partner level 5

Position type : Full-time, Contract

Duration :  12 months with possible extension

Location :  Davidson, North Carolina 28036

Overview :

Step into a dynamic role where technology meets leadership. As a IT Support Partner level 5 , you’ll be the go-to expert for Tier III IT support, empowering internal teams and executive leadership with seamless tech experiences. From deploying cutting-edge devices to driving strategic IT initiatives, you’ll be at the heart of innovation and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do :

  • Be the tech champion for desktops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and more—ensuring smooth operations across the board.
  • Lead the lifecycle of client hardware and manage assets with precision.
  • Collaborate on IT projects, from concept to execution, bringing smart solutions to life.
  • Resolve incidents—big or small—with speed, accuracy, and a customer-first mindset.
  • Support the rollout of new applications and emerging technologies.
  • Fulfill hardware / software requests and provide hands-on training to employees.
  • Drive continuous improvement through Lean principles and innovative thinking.
  • Ensure endpoint devices are secure, reliable, and aligned with company standards.
  • Act as a strategic partner in M&A activities, aligning IT solutions with business goals.
  • Mentor and guide new IT Service Operations Specialists.
  • Participate in enterprise-wide root cause analysis and process optimization.

Executive Support Excellence :

  • Deliver white-glove IT support to Executive Leadership Teams, ensuring their tech runs flawlessly.
  • Set up and maintain executive devices, from laptops to mobile phones, with top-tier security and performance.
  • Manage video conferencing systems for seamless virtual collaboration.
  • Provide discreet, professional support for sensitive communications and data.
  • Travel occasionally with executives to ensure uninterrupted IT service.
  • Collaborate with the Advanced Manufacturing Team to integrate infrastructure innovations.
  • Serve as the technical liaison, aligning manufacturing initiatives with IT strategy.
  • Develop standardized support documentation for new IT solutions.
  • What You Bring :

  • A degree in IT or a related technical field (Bachelor’s or Associate).
  • 10+ years of IT support experience, including 3–5 years supporting senior leadership.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow and shop floor systems.
  • Familiarity with Linux and a passion for emerging tech.
  • A customer-centric mindset with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  • Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and Lean methodology (Lean 101 & 102 within 1 year).

    PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

    Pay Range

  • : $35.00 - $43.62 per hour
  • Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
