We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all information technology systems across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring secure and effective operation of all computer systems, related applications, hardware, and software that support business operations. This position will work closely with Sr. Leadership and the Master Services Provider (MSP) to ensure business objectives are met. Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

  • Manage MSP to include oversight of contracts, procurement of services, and licensing
  • Manage corporate Microsoft 365 environment (inc. SharePoint) to include installations, configurations, and maintenance activities
  • Develop and administer IT policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime
  • Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place and maintained; work with MSP on responses to data breaches and security threats
  • Develop and manage IT budgets
  • Provide strategic direction on IT projects and future technology investments
  • Collaborate with other departments to support technology needs and implement enterprise systems
  • Train and support staff on new systems and technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Can substitute an additional 5 years of IT experience for degree
  • 5+ years of IT experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
  • Proven experience managing networks, infrastructure, security, and cloud technologies
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices and risk management
  • Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks such as ITIL
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
