Job Description :

• Work Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM
• Manage a patient mix of 50% children and 50% adults
• Maintain chart closure within 72 hours
• Decision typically made within 7-14 days for candidate selection
• Credentialing process takes approximately 30-60 days
• Required immunizations for credentialing include a 2022-2023 flu vaccine, recent TB status / X-ray results, positive MMR titer or complete immunization series, positive Hep B titer or complete immunization series, positive Varicella Zoster titer or complete immunization series, and Tdap immunization within the last 10 years
• Facility does not require board certification, but applicants must be board certification eligible
• Background in working with a diverse patient population required
• The facility has a 30-day notice policy for ending assignments
• Contact facility for lodging recommendations; housing may be available
