We're seeking a RN PACU Circulator to join our team of compassionate caregivers. Our 25-bed critical access hospital allows our compassionate caregivers to provide excellent patient care in an environment that supports them in their professional growth and development. Cibola General Hospital is one hour from Albuquerque and close to Santa Fe. Known for its mild year-round climate and outdoor activities, Grants NM offers low property taxes and inexpensive housing costs.
Cibola General Hospital provides services in general surgery, 24-hour Emergency care, Intensive Care, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics, Pathology, Pediatric Dentistry, Podiatry, Primary Care and Radiology with X-ray, CT, MRI. We have three operating rooms including a room for scopes. Clinics, Lab services, Pharmacy, Cardiopulmonary, and Rehab.
Job Summary :
Our OR / PACU Nurses care for our patients from start to finish. As an OR / PACU nurse here, you'll care for your patients from the moment they check in, through surgery, and recovery. Full Time and Part Time positions available.
Schedule is 8-hour DAYS - M-F; rotating call ($7 per hour standby rate)
Reports to : Director of OR
Education / Licensure Requirements :
Education : Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Licensure : Current, temporary, or compact license to practice nursing in New Mexico.
Certifications needed - ACLS is required, PALS and NRP are preferred.
Professional Experience :
Able to demonstrate the following core competencies : assessment, technical skills, communication, critical thinking, interpersonal skills, planning, intervention, evaluation, flexibility, organizational skills, professional accountability and leadership. Participation in continuing education programs to maintain current license. Knowledge of current trends and procedures in nursing profession. Must have a current CPR card or be enrolled in the next available class.
