Job Title : Registered Nurse

Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 - 16 : 30)

Guaranteed Hours :

Experience : Minimum of two supervisory references covering one year (six months for CNAs) of employment total within the last three years within a comparable specialty / setting

License : CA license required in hand

Certifications : Must-Have :

Job Description :

• Weekend requirements may vary; please discuss during the interview.
• Must be willing to float between all facilities within the state as needed.
• Responsibilities include remote utilization management and coordination.
• Providers will be supplied with necessary communication devices, or reimbursement for work-related cell phone use will be provided.
• Modules for training are non-billable, require an average of 16 hours, and completion is self-reported.
• Orientation is set for 40 hours, which is non-billable.
