About The Position

Job Title : Occupational Therapist

Experience : New Graduates are welcome, SNF experience preferred

License : Valid State License required

Certifications : CPR certification required

Must-Have :

Candidates must not request COVID vaccine exemptions.

Applicants must submit a completed prescreen form, resume, and license verification.

Description :

Ensure that the prescreen is filled out and attached upon submitting the candidate.

The resume and license verification also need to be attached.

If these items are not completed and attached, the candidate will be declined.

Candidates must complete a COVID test 72 hours prior to the start date, with results issued 48 hours prior to the start date.
