Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting across non-technical functions such as GTM, Operations, and Marketing
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft scalable hiring strategies
Build creative sourcing campaigns to attract mission-driven talent in healthtech and life sciences
Required Qualifications
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in healthtech, pharma services, or life sciences
Experience hiring for commercial, operational, or G&A functions in a startup or high-growth environment
Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and bring structure to fast-paced environments
Proven track record of building lasting candidate relationships
