Quality Control Specialist III

Aermor LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Specialist III to join our dedicated team in the Quality Assurance & Testing department. This role is critical for ensuring that our cutting-edge engineering solutions and services, including IT, cybersecurity, and training components, meet both stringent industry quality standards and the specialized needs of our federal and defense clientele. The right candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in quality control, with a keen eye for details and a strong commitment to uphold and enhance product integrity and safety. Implement and oversee the quality assurance testing procedures for all project phases. Conduct rigorous inspection and testing of products and services to ensure compliance with both internal and external standards. Collaborate with project teams to understand customer requirements and ensure that quality criteria are met consistently. Document and report any quality-related issues and track resolutions comprehensively. Facilitate root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent future defects. Monitor quality control metrics, such as defects, marginal passes, and inspection findings, and propose improvement strategies. Train and guide other team members on quality compliance and best practices. In-depth knowledge of quality assurance standards and best practices in the military, aerospace, and defense industries. Proficiency in using quality control software and tools specific to the industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
