About The Position

Job Title : Ultrasound Technician

Profession : Radiology / Cardiology

Specialty : General Ultrasound

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Night

Hours per Shift : 10 hours (21 : 00 - 07 : 30)

Experience : Minimum 1 year required

License : Valid state license required

Certifications : ARDMS or ARRT Sonography

Must-Have :

EPIC charting experience required

Experience with liver and renal Doppler preferred

Description :

The Ultrasound Technician will perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations.

Level 1 trauma experience is preferred.

Candidates should be comfortable working with a variety of patient age groups, including neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.

Daily responsibilities will include patient interactions and conducting ultrasound tests.

Floating within the scope of practice may be required.

Candidates should be prepared to assist with weekend coverage if needed.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a community hospital setting.

Candidates must submit to a background check as per local regulations.

All candidates are expected to adhere to health and safety protocols, including a natural nail policy.

Completion of assigned modules related to the position is mandatory.

Candidates must ensure all qualifications meet the specified requirements.
