Summary : \n
As a call center representative, you will be supporting our client’s customers as a first point of contact. In this role, you will be responsible for answering calls, providing product information, and help the customer by being informative, empathetic, and eager to quickly solve a customer’s problem. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
