Job Description

$235k – $255k | Superintendent | Transportation Allowance | Overtime Pay | Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) | Bonus | New York

We’ve built this role for a Superintendent ready to take full ownership of a major civil build, managing field operations, site logistics, and delivering public projects (MTA / NYCT, USACE). You’ll be the eyes and ears of the job, leading Engineers, Foremen, Safety, and Quality teams, while partnering closely with the Senior Project Manager to drive performance and maintain client confidence.

Our typical project size averages around $50M, with the ability to self-bond into the hundreds of millions. We maintain low turnover because we invest in people : strong pay, structured bonuses, regular reviews, and the belief that nothing gets built without those in the field making it happen.

We put a huge emphasis on tenure and follow-through. We want someone who has seen NYCT projects from start to finish, weathered the challenges, and led crews through tight schedules and complex coordination.
