Job Description

Develop and maintain quality assurance processes in line with industry regulations (FDA, EMA, ICH, GMP).

Ensure manufacturing compliance and review batch records, validation, and QC data.

Investigate customer complaints, manage non conformance reports, and issue CAPAs.

Maintain accurate QA documentation, including audits and regulatory communications.

Contribute to SOPs, work instructions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Support supplier compliance, product specs, line trials, and contract manufacturing activities.

The Successful Applicant

Detail-oriented and proactive professional with a strong background in quality assurance-ideally within the cosmetics industry.

Hold a degree in engineering or a related technical field and bring 3-4 years of experience managing quality systems, ensuring regulatory compliance (FDA, EMA, GMP), and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Well-versed in Quality Management Systems, CAPA, and risk management, with a sharp eye for identifying non-compliance and potential quality risks.

Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills enable them to manage audits, SOPs, and technical reviews with clarity and precision.

Flexible and willing to travel up to 25% to support manufacturing partners and line trials.
