Unique Opportunity for a Combined Role as a Hospital and Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Mercyhealth, an award-winning fully integrated health care delivery organization based in southcentral Wisconsin and northern Illinois, is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner in Harvard, IL.  This position is a dual role involving both hospitalist and clinic duties at Mercyhealth Hospital and Medical Center - Harvard . The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing high quality personalized care to a variety of patients. This is an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of both our hospitalist and clinic teams!

Opportunity :

• Hospital : Work collaboratively with dedicated and caring hospitalist physician group to provide evaluation and treatment of patients in an established hospitalist program.
• Clinic : Provide general medical care and treatment to patients in the clinic under the direction of a physician.
• Position is full time, Monday - Friday
• Call is required 3-4 nights per week, no weekends
• System-wide EPIC
