Location : Plano, TX (Greater Dallas Area)

Compensation : $80K-$150K per year OTE (with Draw Against Commission)

Job Type : Full-Time | 1099 Commission-Only

📋 Your Role : What You’ll Be Doing

Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs and provide solutions

Educate clients on product options and guide them through insurance claims

Coordinate with project and service teams to ensure smooth installations

Generate new business through events, outreach, and door-knocking

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and ongoing referrals

🛠️ Minimum Requirements

At least 1 year of in-home sales experience (construction background preferred)

Comfortable with door-knocking, outdoor work, and events

Willing to work evenings and weekends to meet with homeowners

Ability to climb ladders and work at heights

Self-motivated with strong communication and follow-up skills

🎯 Compensation & Schedule

💼 Earnings : $80K-$150K annually OTE (with Draw Against Commission)

💸 Benefits : Paid training, health insurance after 30 days

⏰ Schedule : Full-time, weekdays (between 8am-10pm availability) + every other Saturday
