Position Overview :
Job Title : Float DSP
Location : Various Locations – Greater Rochester Area
Department : Residential
Employment Type : Full Time – Evenings including weekends
Starting Wage : $24 / hour — plus $1,000 Welcome Bonus

Your Core Responsibilities :
Provide person-centered support, including assistance with hygiene, meal preparation, communication, recreation, and daily living activities.Promote dignity, independence, and community inclusion across various residential locations.Support health and wellness needs such as medication administration, nutrition monitoring, and emergency response.Implement positive behavior supports and maintain SCIP-R II certification.Ensure safety of individuals and home environments while preventing and reporting abuse or neglect.Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes, incident reports, and medical logs.Travel between multiple residential sites and adapt to flexible scheduling needs.What You Bring :
Compassion, dependability, and a strong commitment to empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.Ability to communicate effectively, build relationships, and follow individualized support plans.Willingness to complete and maintain certifications including First Aid / CPR, SCIP-R II, and Medication Administration.Basic computer skills for electronic documentation and scheduling.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to travel between residential sites.Ability to lift, transfer, and assist individuals with mobility needs (up to 35 lbs).Our Mission & Culture :
