We are currently looking for a passionate, patient-centered Nurse Practitioner to join our team at our Landover, MD clinic.

What will my role be as a Nurse Practitioner at Kaizo Health?

You will act as a key player on the clinical and leadership team and have the overall responsibility of caring for patients in an evidence-informed manner. The Nurse Practitioner will collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to provide proven interventions to improve the patient's health and wellness and overall quality of life.

What will I be responsible for?

• Living the company's Vision, Mission, and Values
• Patient-centered clinical care patient exams and evaluations, reviewing diagnostic tests, medication administration, evidence-based report of findings, comprehensive treatment plans, patient education, functional medicine, hormone replacement therapy, and trigger point and joint injections
• Collaboration with other team members on clinical care pathways for patients
• Gold-standard coding and documentation to ensure compliance with all Federal, state and payer regulations

50 - 60 USD per hour(Kaizo Health of Landover)
