We're bold enough to grow, but small enough to care. We are ALCAL, and we are looking for a Branch Operations Manager I who shares that spirit and is ready to lead our Petaluma team.

What You'll Do :

• Lead daily branch operations including warehouse, delivery, inventory control, and facility management
• Coach and support your team to ensure accurate, efficient, and safe logistics and fulfillment
• Oversee performance metrics, cost controls, and operational reporting
• Partner with Sales leadership to align on goals and deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Drive continuous improvement through training, process oversight, and team development
• Foster a culture of accountability, respect, and operational excellence.
