Hourly Pay Range : $43.69 - $67.72 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights : Position : RN House Operations Admin Location : LOH Naperville Full Time What you will do : Responsible for the operations of the hospital during days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays in collaboration with the LOH Administrator on call. Ensures the safe and efficient delivery of patient care by monitoring hospital census, patient acuity and staffing patterns. Ensures the availability of staff and other resources necessary for efficient patient care. Assists with the triaging and admission of patients from referring institutions. Manages complex patient concerns and complaints. Communicates with hospital managers to ensure the appropriate follow up and resolution of identified issues.
