Job Description
Field Service / Support Engineer — Provides highly visible customer support through on-site installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems. Checks and approves the operational quality of system equipment. Instructs customers in operation and maintenance. Acts as a liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects. Clarifies customer needs and determines whether problem resolution falls to sales, support reps, or engineers. Responsibilities include system hardware, software, PCs, and networking / wireless networking support.
Education / Experience : Typically requires a Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of professional experience.
