Job Description & Requirements Specialty : MRI Technologist Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : 11 / 10 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Position : MRI Technologist Location : Greensboro, NC Contract Length : 13 Weeks Schedule : 12-Hour Day Shifts (36 hours / week) Shift Details Schedule : Three 12-hour shifts per week (Monday–Sunday rotation) Shift Hours : 7 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM May include weekday and weekend shifts based on department needs Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated MRI Technologist to join the imaging team at our Greensboro, NC (Wendover site) location. The ideal candidate will bring strong MRI experience, excellent technical skills, and a commitment to providing compassionate patient care. Experience performing breast biopsies is a plus. Candidates should be proficient with Siemens 1.5T and 3T magnets and comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment. Qualifications Education & Certification : ARRT (MR) certification required BLS (American Heart Association) required Experience : 1–3 years as a radiologic technologist Minimum 1 year of MRI experience required Experience with 1.5T and 3T Siemens magnets preferred Experience performing breast biopsies a plus Responsibilities Perform MRI scans following established protocols ensuring image quality and patient safety Assist with breast MRI and biopsy procedures as needed Operate Siemens MRI equipment (1.5T and 3T systems) Accurately document procedures in EMR and PACS Provide professional and empathetic patient interactions “We are an equal opportunity employer.
