Tuesday : Surgery

Wednesday : Clinic 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (lunch 12 : 00-1 : 00 PM)

Thursday : Clinic 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (lunch 12 : 00-1 : 00 PM)

Friday : Surgery

Call Details : Call Type : Beeper

Call Ratio : 10 days / month

Response Time Required : 20 minutes Clinical Details

Setting : Clinic + Inpatient

Clinic Volume : 20+ patients per shift

Facility Beds : 30+

Admissions Required : Yes

Assigned Inpatient Rounding : Yes

Procedures : All "bread and butter" ENT procedures required

Onsite Support : 2 audiologists; some clinic-based procedures available

EMR : Epic Requirements

Board Certified in ENT - Required

Fellowship Training : Preferred

Licensure : Active WI license or IMLC
