Eastroc Beverage North America – the #3 energy drink company in the world – is coming to North America! Eastroc Beverage North America (a division of Pittston Co-Packers). We are seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial individual who will be responsible for achieving the company’s sales goals by developing bottom-up plans and strategies for brand new business in U.S. He or she will direct the launch of Eastroc brand portfolio in the West region, secure distributor partners, while calling directly on all retailers (national and local) for all channels of business. This individual must be a proven sales closer.
Responsibilities Include, but not limited to :
- Selling to all national, regional and independent channels of business across the territory while building key customer and distributor relationships.
- Working directly through our direct-to-retail and our distributor partners to secure on-shelf and off-shelf displays.
- Spend time in trade every day opening new accounts, developing the story, “walking the walk” and showing our distributors and field sales team how to close sales and create excitement.
- Driving sales in all channels; Club, Drug, Mass, Grocery, C-Store, etc.
- Develop annual customer promotional plans that ensure we grow our space and market share in every retailer in the region
- Understanding how our distributor and retail partners go to market
- Monitoring customer, market and competitive activities and provide feedback to company leadership
- Traveling throughout region for in-person meetings with retailers, distributor partners to develop relationships and secure future business
- Scheduling and conducting distributor team meetings to inform and educate their sales representatives of our entire product line
Requirements :
Requirements and Qualifications
College preferredMinimum of 5 years progressive sales experience in beverage industry or other CPGWorking knowledge of retail sales database systems including but not limited to NetSuite, Spins, VIP, SalesForce and national retailer portalsMust have directly managed, motivated and inspired sales teams to deliver their bestThe ability to indirectly manage and inspire a distributors sales force to gain more than our “fair share” of attention to achieve the company’s sales and profit goalsMust have the ability to hit the ground running, be self-disciplined and independent and be able to deliver on Day 1 through existing relationshipsExperience in creating and executing sales plansExpert level Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.Social media savvy helpful
