Job Title : Nutrition Service Provider

The Nutrition Service Provider plays a vital role in providing quality food and nutrition services to our patients. The position is responsible for assisting in the preparation, distribution, and collection of food and beverage meal services on a daily basis.

The Nutrition Service Provider works closely with patients to assist with food and beverage menu requests and represents the department in a professional and courteous manner to patients, employees, and visitors.

Daily Responsibilities :

Prepares kitchen production sheets according to patient preferences

Assists department staff with completing staff meals and catering needs as necessary

Ensures safety and sanitation of the department in compliance with regulatory agencies

Utilizes patient EMR in accordance with prescribed therapeutic diets

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Able to read, write, and speak English language
• Demonstrates willingness to adapt to change
• Mental and physical sufficient to meet demands of the position
• Professional appearance
• Satisfactory references
