A nationally recognized design-build contractor is seeking a Project Manager – Mission Critical Construction to lead data center projects across Ohio. This role is ideal for a construction professional with a strong background in mission-critical environments, particularly data centers. The position offers flexibility to be based in-office or in a travel capacity, depending on project needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership

Oversee all phases of data center construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Manage internal teams and subcontractors, fostering collaboration and accountability.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their requirements are met and expectations exceeded.

Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in mission-critical construction.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years in construction project management, with at least 3 years focused on data center or mission-critical facilities.

Proficient in managing complex MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and fire protection systems.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

PMP or LEED accreditation is a plus.

Experienced in using construction management platforms and BIM tools.
