Job Description :

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled Home Health RN to join a respected healthcare team in Batesville, AR. This role requires delivering patient-centered care in the home setting, managing a caseload, and completing accurate OASIS documentation. Nurses should be flexible for rotating weekends and on call.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform skilled nursing visits in patients homes

Complete accurate OASIS assessments and documentation

Develop and update individualized care plans

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members

Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and medications

Document all care in Homecare Homebase (HCHB)

Qualifications :

Active RN license in Arkansas (or compact)

Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, including at least 1 year in home health

Proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase (required)

Current BLS certification

Reliable vehicle, valid drivers license, and auto insurance

Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
