Position Summary :

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide direct patient care using the nursing process across multiple inpatient units. Your flexibility to float where needed and collaborate with interprofessional teams will be essential in supporting safe, high-quality care.

Your Responsibilities Will Include :

Performing plan-of-care interventions, including medication administration and clinical treatments.

Documenting care provided in a timely and accurate manner.

Monitoring and communicating patient conditions to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.

Assisting with activities of daily living (hygiene, nutrition, ambulation).

Displaying initiative and flexibility to support various departments.

Collaborating across disciplines to coordinate care and provide psychosocial support.

Assessing learning needs and providing age- and culture-appropriate education.

Advocating for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.

Participating in performance improvement and required education.

Taking on additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications :

Education : Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Experience : 1-2 years minimum bedside RN experience required; 2-4 years critical care experience preferred.

License : Current RN license in the state of practice.

Certifications : BCLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred; Handle with Care preferred.

Skills : Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in stressful environments. Proficiency in navigating multiple clinical software systems and effective English communication skills are essential.
