Job Description
Manage production schedules, inventory, and equipment across dry and wet processing. Lead and develop a team across two shifts, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to meet daily and weekly goals. Monitor and improve processes, labor efficiency, and fill rates. Ensure compliance with USDA, FDA, and other regulatory requirements. Support maintenance, sanitation, and warehouse operations.

The Successful Applicant
5+ years of experience in food manufacturing at the manager level. Strong leadership and communication skills; bilingual Spanish is highly preferred. Experience in USDA / FDA-regulated environments and SQF is a plus. Ability to coach, train, and build a high-performing team. Comfortable working fluidly between shifts and available on weekends when needed.
