About the Role

This role is split between

• Compensation Package includes the abiltity to earn 50% of the revune you generate. Bonus potential could be up to 100k / yr or more in addition to base salary..
• 50% Work-from-Home : project development, programming, AutoCAD, HMI work
• 50% On-Site : troubleshooting and support at customer facilities
• Most work is in the Philadelphia–Baltimore corridor, with occasional overnight travel (1–2x / month) nationwide
