Experienced Affordable Housing Transactional Attorney – San Francisco or Oakland
Burke, Williams & Sorensen, LLP is seeking a transactional attorney with six to eight years' experience in affordable housing policy matters and affordable housing development and financing transactions, including negotiating and drafting loan documents, ground leases, regulatory agreements, easements, and related documents for multifamily developments. Experience with first time homebuyer programs, construction documents and commercial leases is a plus.
Pay and benefits
The base pay range is $140,000.00 / yr - $315,000.00 / yr. The firm offers a hybrid work arrangement option and an annual telecommute budget to support remote work. The firm's billable hour requirement is 1850. Attorneys receive competitive health insurance benefits, a 401(k) with a partial match, and are eligible for annual discretionary and billable hour bonuses. The pay scale for associates at Burke ranges from $140,000 – $220,000 plus annual performance-based bonuses. The actual salary within that range will depend on the candidate's years of practice and experience.
