Job Description\n

American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist for an evening shift position with required certification and facility floating expectations.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Outpatient radiology / cardiology department with focus on MRI imaging
  • Evening shift, 5x8 hour shifts, 14 : 15 to 23 : 15, with rotating weekends and holidays
  • This position requires occasional floating between two affiliated imaging sites
  • Serving a variety of patient populations requiring MRI and advanced imaging
  • Responsibilities include conducting MRI procedures and ensuring patient safety and comfort
  • Participation in emergency response activities as needed
  • Free parking provided at facility
  • Scrub dress code observed per department policy
  • Facility can auto approve up to 7 days of requested time off
  • Flu vaccine is required with no declinations accepted; COVID vaccine and booster required with religious or medical exemption only
  • No radius restrictions for MRI Technologists; local candidates are accepted at the same rate

  • Certification required for MRI Technologist; license required if applicable
  • Must meet facility vaccination requirements, including flu and COVID-19
  • Returning permanent staff are eligible if separated for at least 2 years
  • One professional reference required for consideration
