We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager to oversee multiple staffing locations and lead them to new levels of success. In this high-impact role, you'll guide branch leaders, drive sales and profitability, and shape the client and employee experience across your market. You'll be the voice of strategy, growth, and operational excellence directly impacting hundreds of lives in your community.
Leadership & Performance Management
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop A-players. Mentor and coach teams for growth and accountability.
- Evaluate performance, provide feedback, and implement improvements.
- Foster a culture of learning, service, and continuous improvement.
Operational Oversight
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws. Monitor KPIs and branch benchmarks, implementing corrective action when needed.Guide teams through problem-solving and conflict resolution.Drive sales and operational efficiency through strategic leadership.Financial & Strategic Planning
Manage budgets and financial performance across branches.Analyze reports and use data to drive decision-making.Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.Align branch goals with ?nin's Branch Maturity Cycle :Plains : $1MM in sales, impacting 050 lives.Foothills : $2$3.5MM in sales, impacting 51100 lives.Rainier : $3.6$5MM in sales, impacting 101150 lives.Denali : $5.5$11MM in sales, impacting 151300 lives.Everest : Over 300 lives impacted with a highly profitable, dominant branch.Business Development & Client Relationships
Drive top- and bottom-line growth through personal sales and team coaching.Identify new business opportunities and strengthen client partnerships.Negotiate contracts and expand market share.Ensure client satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly.Ideal Candidate
3+ years of experience in multi-unit management.2+ years of experience in staffing / HR and sales / business development.Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field preferred. Strong leadership and coaching skills with a customer-first mindset.Proven ability to use data for decision-making and growth strategies.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of the light industrial sector, staffing industry, and employment laws.Why Join Us?
