We continue to lead the system in HCAHPS scores, and are looked to as a model for best practice in patient satisfaction.\n\nAs an OR Nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our surgical services, providing high-quality patient care in the intraoperative setting,\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\nAssist in preparing the operating room for surgeries, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are sterile and ready,\n\nCollaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide safe and effective patient care,\n\nMaintain a sterile environment to prevent infections and complications,\n\nBoth the scrub and circulating role,\n\nRequirements : \n\nValid RN license in New Jersey,\n\nBSN\n\nBLS required, ACLS preferred,\n\nAt least one year current OR experience\n\nStrong communication and teamwork skills,\n\nAbility to remain calm and efficient under pressure,\n\nAttention to detail and commitment to patient safety,\n\nSchedule : \n\nPart Time Day plus On-Call\n\nBenefits and Perks : \n
