Our client is looking for a AEM Tech Lead f or Long Term project in Lebanon, NJ below is the detailed requirement.

Job Role : AEM Tech Lead

Location : Lebanon, NJ

M ode of Hiring : Contract

Responsibilities :

• Lead AEM solution design and implementation, including templates, components, workflows, and integrations.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define technical requirements.
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.
• Manage CI / CD pipelines, deployment processes, and DevOps practices.
• Mentor and guide developers, conduct code reviews, and resolve technical issues.
• Stay updated on Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities and recommend enhancements.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong expertise in AEM Sites, OSGi, Sling, JCR, and Dispatcher configurations.
• Proficiency in Java, JSP, HTL, Sightly, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS).
• Experience with cloud deployments (Adobe Managed Services, Azure, AWS).
• Familiarity with integration patterns (REST, SOAP, APIs) and third-party systems.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven).
• Certifications : Adobe Certified Expert AEM Sites Developer or Architect preferred."
