As a senior or lead financial modeling analyst on the Capital & Enterprise Risk Management team, you'll collaborate with capital modeling, reinsurance, and business unit teams on various financial and capital modeling initiatives. In this role, you'll measure risk appetite, capital, profitability, and volatility metrics. In addition, you'll make corporate-level decisions on risk capital initiatives, including reinsurance and alternative risk transfer strategy. You'll support our internal capital adequacy modeling efforts and own rating agency capital modeling. You'll gain experience across multiple products and work closely with a wide range of teams and external reinsurance brokers. Hybrid work schedule with remote work options if reside more than 50 miles from our headquarters in Mayfield Village, OH.
