Job Description :

FARHA ROOFING, an award-winning roofing company based in Kansas, is seeking a skilled Roofing Production Manager with a preferred 2 years of experience to join their team in Wichita. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in roofing or construction, possess knowledge of various roofing systems (Metal, TPO, EPDM, PVC & Asphalt), and be able to contribute effectively to a collaborative, team-oriented work environment.

Responsibilities :

• Manage roofing subcontractors and act as the crew point of contact.
• Oversee job flow and project completion schedule to ensure projects are completed on budget and on time.
• Manage project labor, materials, process invoices, and handle equipment rentals.
• Deliver roofing materials to projects as required.
• Process, troubleshoot, and communicate contract change orders and project corrections with a project manager.
• Attend bi-weekly goal-setting and review meetings.
• Develop and implement new efficient processes.
• Ensure full compliance with all state and local codes, as well as manufacturer specifications.
