Janitor Lead Project Tech

About the Role :

Were seeking a reliable and motivated Working Lead to join our janitorial team. This position is hands-on and includes leadership responsibilities such as training new hires, conducting inspections, and filling in when needed. Janitorial experience is helpful but not requiredwell train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor new employees
• Train team members on cleaning procedures and safety protocols
• Fill in for staff as needed, including last-minute coverage
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve on-site challenges
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Conduct workplace inspections and ensure quality standards
• Maintain facility knowledge and uphold company policies
• Provide excellent customer service
• Represent the company with a professional appearance
• Foster a safe, respectful, and team-oriented work environment

Qualifications :

• Janitorial experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and flexible availability
• Customer service mindset
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company
• Must be 18 years old or older
