You will oversee day-today operations, coordinate maintenance and vendors, manage budgets, and ensure every space shines! Responsibilities / Duties :

Administrative & Financial Management

• Enter and approve invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Prepare tenant billbacks as needed
• Conduct general ledger reviews, budget preparation, and variance reporting
• Prepare monthly operating and financial reports
• Track utility billing and update the tracker in an ongoing basis
• Review accounts receivable, manage tenant collections and update the rent tracker

Tenant Relations

Building Access & Parking

Vendor & Contract Management

Operational Oversight

Insurance and Compliance
