About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our fast-paced sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-volume outbound calling environments and is passionate about generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 100–150 outbound cold calls per day to prospective clients across various industries
- Qualify leads and schedule product demos for Account Executives
- Maintain and update CRM records (Salesforce, HubSpot) with accurate contact and activity data
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies
- Follow up on inbound leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel
- Provide feedback on call scripts and outreach campaigns to improve conversion rates
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in a high-volume outbound sales or SDR roleProven track record of exceeding KPIs (e.g., 135%+ of quota, 10%+ call-to-meeting conversion rate)Strong communication and objection-handling skillsExperience with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similarSelf-starter with a growth mindset and ability to work independentlyBachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or related field preferredPreferred Skills
