Public Relations & Communications Assistant - Entry Level Job at RMT Inc in Beth

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our marketing and sales organization as an integral part of our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing Manager, contributing to the development and execution of a successful public relations strategy, including event coordination and campaign development.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

Managing and executing projects as designated by the Marketing Manager.

Collaborating with the Marketing Manager and Manager of Sales Operations to integrate PR campaigns with customer promotions.

Staying informed about industry and competitive trends and regularly updating the sales and marketing teams on noteworthy news items and opportunities.

Working with various departments to promote the company's brand, products, and services.

Assisting the Marketing Manager in developing and refining measurement strategies for PR campaigns.

Job Requirements :

B.A. / B.S. in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related discipline.

1-2 years of media relations experience in an agency or corporate setting with demonstrated proficiency in public relations practices.

Strong organizational skills.

Impeccable attention to detail.

Proactive, outgoing, positive, and professional personality.
