Project Manager With MS Teams / Zoom / Audio Visual Exp - NYC

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with experience in MS Teams, Zoom, and Audio Visual technologies to join our team in NYC. This role involves leading digital collaboration projects and coordinating with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, assessment, and implementation of digital projects within collaboration platforms.
  • Manage project documentation and ensure clear communication across teams.
  • Troubleshoot network-related issues affecting AV systems and understand network infrastructure basics.
  • Collaborate proactively with global stakeholders, prioritizing tasks effectively under pressure.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience as a collaboration services Project Manager.
  • Knowledge of MS Teams, Zoom, and AV meeting room equipment / services.
  • Familiarity with Hybrid and Agile frameworks such as Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban.
  • Certifications like Scrum Master are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Office Suite, MS Project, and CAD is desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
