Software Engineer II, Costa Rica Costa Rica

West Monroe is seeking a Software Engineer II for our Technology and Experience Practice with expertise in full stack software development. Software Engineers work in a variety of industries including growth startups, finance, healthcare, insurance, energy and many more. You will work directly with a product team to understand their business needs and strategies to deliver products ranging from bond trading platforms to mobile applications.

Software Engineers in our Technology and Experience practice have these primary responsibilities :

• Functional Responsibilities :
• Collaborate with team members to design and develop software applications
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs
• Use an Agile approach to iteratively deliver products
• You will work with several of our core technologies :

Software engineering workflow automation with AI

AI-enabled tooling : Prompt Engineering for working with Code, Cursor, Claude Sonnet

Automation of written unit and integration tests
