We are seeking a B2B Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, strengthen relationships with current partners, increase brand awareness, and position our company as the premier VGT operator in the market.
Role Overview
The B2B Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and elevating the company’s digital brand presence to drive customer acquisition, strengthen partner relationships, and position us as the premier VGT operator in the Illinois market. This role blends strategic digital marketing with B2B relationship-building, ensuring our sales team is supported with effective digital programs while also assisting location owners with campaign planning to increase foot traffic, customer loyalty, and play.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in digital-first B2B marketing, with expertise in SEO, paid media, social platforms, and web optimization, paired with the ability to craft campaigns that resonate with decision-makers in the hospitality, bar / restaurant, and gaming industries.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Brand Presence
- Develop and implement the company’s digital marketing strategy to align with business objectives.
- Manage SEO / SEM, website performance, and optimize digital content for visibility and lead generation.
- Oversee and grow the company’s digital presence across social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) with consistent brand voice.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing coordinators to ensure digital initiatives support acquisition and retention goals.
Campaign Management
Plan and execute integrated B2B campaigns across digital channels (search, paid social, display, programmatic).Create and manage campaigns that support location owners , including promotions and localized marketing to drive customer engagement and loyalty.Partner with sales to design and deliver digital programs that differentiate our value in the marketplace.Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance for maximum ROI.Content & Communications
Develop compelling content for web, case studies, one-pagers, sales decks, and digital enablement tools.Lead digital communications for new site launches, customer appreciation efforts, and industry announcements.Maintain and evolve brand voice, style guide, and creative assets to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.Partnerships, Events & Thought Leadership
Support partner engagement through digital campaigns tied to events, trade shows, and sponsorships.Collaborate with sales on customer appreciation and retention programs with strong digital components.Identify opportunities for thought leadership and digital visibility that showcase company expertise.Analytics & Reporting
Monitor and report on KPIs including lead generation, conversion rates, digital engagement, and partner-driven campaign results.Provide actionable insights to leadership, sales, and location owners to continuously improve effectiveness.Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.5+ years of B2B marketing experience; gaming, hospitality, or regulated industries a plus.Strong expertise in digital marketing (SEO / SEM, paid media, website management, and social platforms).Proven ability to design and execute campaigns that support both company sales goals and partner / location-owner marketing needs.Excellent writing, messaging, and presentation skills.Proficiency with analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).Creative acumen; graphic design skills a plus.Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights and actionable recommendations.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.We Run on EOS
