Overview
We are an IT support firm seeking an experienced IT support technician to work full-time in Costa Mesa, CA. This is an onsite role at a client's office—an online public charter school serving grades TK-12. You will work within a team of IT professionals responsible for the clientor the clientull Technology department. The typical schedule is M-F, about 8 : 00am to 4 : 30pm with a 30 minute lunch. After-hours and weekend work rarely occurs but may be necessary. This position reports to a remote manager.

Qualifications
People skills : excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Experience : 1+ years of experience supporting users in a helpdesk role is required.
Polish : ability to present yourself well; clear written and spoken communication.
Initiative : must be a self-starter capable of managing a task list and identifying new items to complete.
Multitasking : ability to track multiple items at once (tickets, projects, etc.) and switch gears as necessary.
Other : must pass a background check with no criminal history; occasionally required to lift up to 50 pounds.
Bonus : experience in an education environment; IT certifications (A+, N+, Microsoft-based, etc.).
