Responsibilities and Duties
Deliver comprehensive care in internal medicine or family practice to a diverse patient populationPerform and document vital signs (blood pressure, weight, temperature)Conduct urine analysis and create lab orders for outsourced blood workPerform and interpret EKGsPrescribe medications, including controlled substances (Schedules 1-5), and manage prescription refillsReview lab results and medical recordsNavigate Electronic Health Records (Prognocis) and utilize practice management softwareEnsure compliance with medical office procedures, billing, and healthcare regulationsDemonstrate strong multitasking, leadership, and organizational skillsOccasionally work evening hours based on practice needsAdditional Information
