Position Overview
As the Manager of Patient Services , you will oversee the daily operations of the Patient Services Department — ensuring timely coordination of care, efficient workflows, and outstanding client satisfaction. You’ll manage staff, support patients and caregivers, and ensure compliance with all agency and regulatory requirements.
What You’ll Do
Supervise and mentor Patient Service Coordinators and office staff.
Ensure all patient cases are staffed promptly and accurately.
Manage daily operations, maintaining efficient communication across departments.
Address and resolve patient and caregiver concerns professionally.
Track and report key performance indicators for service quality.
Partner with Compliance and HR to uphold policies and procedures.
Conduct performance reviews and implement staff development plans.
Promote a positive, collaborative work environment that aligns with agency values.
What We’re Looking For
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field (preferred).
Experience : 3–5 years of experience in homecare operations or patient services.
Leadership : Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
Skills : Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Tech : Proficiency in HHAeXchange or similar homecare systems a plus.
