DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Ensure consumer orders are fulfilled in a timely manner
Retrieve and process orders daily from all e-commerce sites at the beginning of the shift and throughout the day
Validate orders for Restrictions and Fraud
Allocate and print Pick ListsDeliver Pick List to ShippingCancel suspected fraud orders, make notes in CRMReview Nightly Log of declined credit card payments with Shipping Department to return shipmentsForward to service to contact customer for valid payment
Resend shipment if payment is receivedIf fraud, complete a return credit for the product, flag the customer, make notes in CRMIf fraud or nonpayment, cancel order on website, make notes in CRMRegularly check websites for outstanding orders that need to be processedCheck unshipped orders to ensure the invoice processesReconcile any chargebacks with Accounts Receivable and enter creditsEnter notes on orders in the CRM or ERP where and when applicableRegular review of specials and discounts on websites with marketing teamsCollaborate with e-commerce teams to improve overall e-commerce operationsProofing of websites
End-user interface troubleshootingReport issues to front-end programmersWebsite data entryDaily review of consumer review platforms (ie : Trustpilot, Google reviews), respond, communicate, and elevate when applicableOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS :
Experience in web-based customer service preferredHighly organized with excellent prioritization skills and attention to detailTechnologically savvy-able to leverage computer software and cloud-based applications to more effectively complete tasksProficient in Microsoft Office ProductsA plus if has experience with a customer relationship management (CRM) platformEmployment with Umarex USA is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
