Facility in Clive, IA seeking ENT locums coverage Rates : $300 / hr Schedule :

  • Clinic Hours : Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
  • On Call : 2-3 days a week with some weekend coverage, especially during the week of ENT coverage.
  • One week per month of coverage needed.

Details :

  • Inpatient Responsibilities : Yes
  • Patient Care Responsibilities : Clinic and procedure areas, as well as call coverage.
  • Physicians in Practice : 5.
  • Advanced Practice Providers : 1 (no APP supervision required).
  • Nursing Support : 1 nurse per physician.
  • Ancillary Support : 1.8 per provider.
  • Services / Procedures : Comprehensive ENT procedures for adults and pediatric patients.

    • Census / Volume :

  • Clinic Volume : 24 patients per day.
  • Appointment Length : 10 minutes per appointment.
  • Patient Demography : Adults and pediatrics.

    • Additional Information :

  • Allscripts and Cerner.

    • Requirements :

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in ENT Required.
  • Fellowship Trained Required.
  • Active Iowa License Required (no IMLC or out-of-state licenses accepted).
