Requirements

Operational Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Serve as the main point of contact on the floor for warehouse associates, provide training, guidance, and coaching to ensure team performance and development.
• Monitor and prioritize workload based on incoming orders and outbound schedules to maximize space and prevent damage.
• Ensure accurate and timely handling of ocean containers, pallets, LCL cargo, and air freight.
• Monitor real-time inventory flow
• Troubleshoot real-time issues related to inventory discrepancies, delayed shipments, or order problems.
• Coordinate labor resources to meet productivity and accuracy goals across multiple clients / accounts.

Salary range : $27 / hr -$32 / hr annually (depending on experience)
